PKMN RN: Manic Monday Chapter 3

The first patient through the door of the ER was Furret with a badly broken front paw that looked like it had been crushed by a large boulder. The whimpers of pain emanating from the Pokemon filled the room as Joyce and Dr. Jackson both rushed over to help. “It's going to be alright.” Joyce said in as calming a manner as possible under the circumstances as she started an IV in the back of the Furrets good paw. “You're going to feel a little pinch and....there all done.” She started a saline drip along with a bit of morphine to ease the pain he was obviously in. “Now just relax. Slow deep breaths. Dr. Jackson was not nearly as tactful as he examined the broken appendage. “He appears to have multiple fractures. Prep for a CT scan.” With that he moved on to the next patient that was rushed through the door as Joyce glared at his back. Still she knew that Jackson was somewhat right. This Furret wasn't in immediate danger. There were others coming into the ER every minutes from the

Pokemon Black Oasis Chapter 32

Just as Damien turned the male Buizel ran over to him and stood in front of him. "Wait, you can't just leave like that, rest here for awhile, it's obvious your all very tired." Damien nodded but at the same time indicated Kyle's son playing happily with Bill. "It's not that, I don't want him to grow overly attached to us, he's quite enough so already, he has to stay here, with his real family, you know that's for the best as well as I do." The male nodded. "Yet, there's nothing wrong with you all staying for a little longer, he's smart enough to realize it, he'll be upset at first but he'll get over it. And besides, you could all do to take a

Sand and Blood Chapter 2.2

The sun was halfway into the sky by the time Mitchell and his team were in position. They were less than two miles from the village on the other side of the mesa. The shade provided by the enormous rock formation was welcome after traveling through the blazing sun for most of the morning. The entire team was on edge and were all just silently getting ready for the attack that night. All of them were tired and hadn't slept much recently but as the moment sleep was the last thing on anyone's mind. They had plenty of water but gas was another problem. They had used up most of it to reach this position and didn't have enough to get back to the

The Confession

The morning sun shone brightly upon Mt. Silver as the light hit it's peak reflecting off the snowy summit and nearly blinding the Pidgeot that was landing in a small clearing midst the dense forest that surrounded the mountain's base. On his back sat a small Sneasel holding a picnic basket with a folded blanket on top.  At the last second the Pidgeot managed to pull up and perform a semi decent landing by the standards of his species gaining him a slight giggle from the Sneasel on his back.    “(A little rusty today Ace?)” Shadow the Sneasel said in a playful manner as she jumped down with the picnic basket in tow.    Ace

ZPD Chronicles Chapter 1

16 HOURS EARLIER Nick's alarm clock went off at 5:30 sharp as it did every morning. This did little to limit the fox's annoyance at the device as his paw came down hard on top of the snooze button as he let out a low groan. He was a nocturnal mammal for crying out loud. How had he ever let Carrots talk him into joining the force? And on a first shift position for that matter?! Time was where Nick would wake up around ten or eleven, or sometimes even later and then go out to find his partner in crime, Finnick. The two would run some hustle or other and then part ways as Nick either hit the town or went home to sit in front of the TV and Finn
