Sinnoh was an absolutely beautiful landscape in fall. The forests around Mt. Coronet were especially beautiful at night, the leaves combined with the reflection of the moonlight and the mountain in the background created a surreal effect. However, the absolute beauty of the scene was lost on Jenna as she ran frantically through the woods. Behind her Vincent and Veruka kept pace and made sure nothing was following them. Ahead of her Napoleon scouted ahead and made sure their path was clear. And running at Jenna's heels was Saria, tears streaming down her face.
Jenna didn't know for how long she had been running, she had lost all track of time. She was carrying a large bundle wrapped in a blanket, drops of blood occasionally fell from the blanket and landed on the ground, leaving a small trail behind her. After another minute of running Jenna could barely breathe and had to stop, she leaned against a tree and sank to the ground, exhausted. All of her Pokemon huddled protectively around her, Saria placed her front paws on Jenna's leg and stared at the blanket she was holding.
Jenna looked down at the blanket and slowly unfolded it to reveal Ross laying in a small pool of his own blood. He was in very rough shape, he had suffered a compound fracture on his left leg and the bone was sticking straight up out of the skin like a perverse white parasite. But most of the blood was coming from a large gash across his belly, Jenna had done a quick job of bandaging it but blood was still seeping out, all the bandages were really doing was keeping his intestines inside of him. Saria gently nudged him with her nose and he barely responded.
Saria buried her face in Jenna's pants leg and just cried. Veruka kneeled down next to Saria and held her close as she just continued to cry. Jenna placed on hand on top of Ross's head and slowly stroked his fur. "Ross, I'm so sorry, this is all my fault, if I hadn't let my curiosity get the better of me and tried to act like a hero you wouldn't have gotten hurt." Ross was barely conscious but he found the strength to shake his head no.
Jenna gently put her other hand under the blanket and picked up Ross. She held him close and cried slightly. She thought back about the events of the last hour that had led up to this. She had been training with her Pokemon in the woods around Mt. Coronet when she had seen a Team Galactic helicopter go overhead. She had been overly curious and had gone off in the direction it had landed. She had hidden in the bushes with Ross and Saria observing Saturn and several grunts investigating what appeared to be a small shrine at the base of the mountain.
Jenna hadn't been one hundred percent sure what to do, on the one hand she had wanted to just quietly leave, but on the other hand she wanted to attack and defeat them all. In the end her ego had gotten the better of her and she had revealed herself with a thunderbolt from Ross. The attack had knocked out the few Golbats that the grunts had out, however after being attacked they sent out everything they had. That had included Saturn who had sent out Toxicroak. Ross had been wanting to impress Saria, and he had seen the large frog as the perfect opportunity. Before Jenna could stop him he had leapt forward and gone right for the larger Pokemon.
Saria had yelled for him to stop but he wasn't listening, his only thought was on impressing Saria. Jenna had then known this was going to get seriously ugly and had sent out all of her other Pokemon, save for Scratch who stayed in his poke ball. All of Jenna's Pokemon were preoccupied with the Golbats and couldn't help Ross, meaning he was on his own. Ross had tried to use quick attack but the larger Pokemon had easily dodged and kicked Ross as he went by. Ross had immediately turned around, ready to try another attack but Toxicroak had moved to and was right behind Ross as he turned around.
The large Pokemon had fired a dark pulse at almost point blank range into Ross, sending him flying back and slamming him into the side of the mountain. Ross's leg had impacted with a sharp rock which had broken the bone clean in half and pushed part of it through the skin. Ross had slid down the incline just in time to see Toxicroak approach him. The Pokemon had brought it's claw up to impale Ross but he had rolled to the side just in time. Toxicroak had also adjusted it's aim which caused the claw to rip open Ross's belly.
Jenna had seen it all happen, although there were still far too many Golbat to get to Ross, she had taken out her poke ball to return Ross but Toxicroak had shot it out of her hand with a poison sting. Jenna had turned and glared at Saturn who had just smirked and ordered Toxicroak to finish off Ross. Jenna had been on the verge of running for Ross herself when Vincent, to everyone's surprise, had smashed through the swarm of Golbats with a force palm and had charged right at Toxicroak. The Pokemon had been too preoccupied with Ross to notice the Lucario charging at it. Just as Toxicroak was about to impale Ross's heart Vincent delivered a sharp kick to the Pokemon's head, disorienting it.
Vincent had picked up Ross and run back while the rest of Jenna's Pokemon had covered him. Vincent had handed Ross to Jenna who had immediately wrapped the bandage around the large gash while holding in Ross's intestines. She had then wrapped him in the blanket and they had all started to fall back. Jenna had started to run as soon as she had gotten a little ways into the woods, she had just assumed her Pokemon would follow her, fortunately she had been right.

RD 'A New Age' Pt 1
Years had passed, and a previously teenage female trainer by the name of Jenna was already a full-grown adult, same with her cousin Ina, but neither of them had gave up on training and breeding Pokemon.
A female Infernape woke up, she didn't usually sleep this much, she yawned and stretched, she went to find her trainer, as she usually did. On the way she noticed two Pokemon she remembered younger and more troublesome than what they were now...
A teen Chatot and a Pachirisu were leaning against a three, a boom box nearby, moving their heads to the beat of some techno-pop music.
Scratch:"Sup' Veruka"
Veruka:"Again with that song..."

New Life - Part 1
Ross laid on his back, idly looking at the sky. Right next to him was Saria looking up as well. Somewhere nearby Scratch and Sibelius just chased after the other. Looking after the young Pachirisu and Chatot was usually no minor task, but much to his luck they were holding back a bit today.
Everything was peace and calm save for the noise the two young Pokemon made, which was something Ross was already used to. He didn't know if Saria was used to it as well but it didn't seemed to bother her, she just smiled as she looked up to the sky.
Rest, idle around and look to the sky with his best friend. What else could he ask for? Not much save for

True Love Pt 1
"Err, excuse me, is this story about me?" asked Vincent
"No, it's a story about..."
"Us? It says True Love" Asked Cotton and Napoleon.
"No!"
"Oh, well, anyway you already know I love you"
"Oh Napoleon" Cotton giggled.
"Everyone, stop messing with the writer!" Called Veruka. Everyone went away.
"How did those characters got in here?"

Yet another normal day at Jenna's ranch, or so it seemed. A certain Raichu strolled trough the main fields with something in mind, something that had bothered him since long ago.

Well this is my third tribute story and I'm trying to make it more readable by putting spacing between the paragraphs, let me know if you think this is good and if I should do this on all my stories. Ross is my favorite RD character by and far, he reminds me of myself when I was younger, shy, bullied, and generally afraid. I just really like the little guy, he and Saria are also my favorite RD couple if your wondering. At any rate I'm not so sure I like the next part one hundred percent so it could be a little time in coming.
